BLDC PROTOTYPE DESIGN FOR HYBRID SCOOTER CONVERSION KIT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan rancang bangun BLDC yang sebagai komponen utama dalam konversi sepeda motor skuter hybrid. Motor 1KW dirancang plug-in powertrain disematkan di roda belakang sekuter mengkonversi dari Internal Combustion Chamber (ICE) menjadi Hybrid ICE-Elektrik. berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan pada kapasitas 110-150cc, dengan spesifikasi sesuai adalah berdaya 1000W, tegangan kerja 48VDC kecepatan putar maksimum 500Rpm. Tahap berikutnya perancangan yaitu menentukan jumlah kutub magnet (pole) rotor, perhitungan kumparan stator serta kabel terkait kuat arus listrik dibutuhkan. Hasil didapatkan penelitian rancangan hybrid 1000W 520Rpm, 11 pole-pairs rotor fluks 0,00024 weber, 18 589 lilitan kawat tembaga 1mm, dan 14,49A. Berdasarkan teoritis, akan mampu menghasilkan torsi sebesar 13,52 Nm.
